We accept return(refund) and exchange in below circumstance:
1.All items returned for exchanged must be in new condition. New meaning no brushing, picking, or styling the wig of any kind! Merchandised must be in its Original box or poly bag (do not mark, tape or attach anything directly to the packaging). Merchandise must have its original tag attached and hair net intact
2.The shipping cost will be handled by you if the reason of return/exchange not comes from bad quality or wrong specs caused by our company
